When You Book Us for an Event

We arrive one hour before the event to complete our setup process. Our team brings a small floor cover to protect the area, and we provide fully insured services, offering peace of mind for both you and your guests​.
Every custom order is assigned a numbered sticky label with detailed instructions on colors, designs, and sizes. This system ensures smooth processing and prevents misplaced orders. Guests can pick up their completed items at their convenience​.
We use FDA-approved, water-based acrylic paints that are non-toxic and odor-free, making them safe for indoor and outdoor events without the need for ventilation.
From custom stencils to intricate freehand designs, our airbrush artists can personalize apparel and accessories to match your event theme, brand, or personal style​.

We are based out of Texas, but we also have large teams based out of California, Nevada, and Utah. That being said, we can travel anywhere in the U.S. where our services are needed.

We are able to paint on almost anything. The fastest and most popular items are hats and t-shirts. We have also painted on beanies, water bottles, tank tops, hoodies, sports balls, socks, tote bags, skateboards, and many other items.
Yes, we can provide custom stencils and/or freehand designs related to your brand or event. The fees for these services typically depend on the complexity and intricacy of the designs.
Our paints are FDA approved, non-toxic, and made from high-quality water-based acrylics. These paints are specifically designed to be solvent-free, ensuring they produce no odors or toxic fumes. This makes them ideal for use in enclosed spaces without the need for ventilation.
Our airbrush process consists of very small amounts of paint sprayed extremely close to our painting surface. While the possibility of a rare paint drip exists, we proactively address this by providing a floor covering for each artist to protect the surrounding area. For added peace of mind, we are a fully insured vendor, protecting both our clients and artists throughout the creative process.
Absolutely, you are welcome to provide your own apparel for us to paint! One thing to keep in mind: we typically paint exclusively on white fabric due to it being the fastest to paint as opposed to colored fabric.
Start by filling out this form. Once we have all the details for your event, we will email a contract/deposit request to secure the date. A 20% deposit is due at the signing of the contract, and the remaining 80% balance is due the day of the event.
We take each custom order on a numbered sticky back label, which is attached to each piece of apparel, streamlining and organizing the ordering process. This approach not only ensures that each item is easily identifiable but also significantly reduces the likelihood of errors during production and fulfillment.
We arrive one hour before our starting time to make sure we have everything we need to perform our services. Having this extra time also allows us to solve any issues that might arise, leading to a successful event.

We require a six-foot table and linen for every two artists, one chair for every two artists, one chair per assistant, and a nearby electrical source. Each artist pulls approximately 8 amps. If the event is outdoors, we require shelter from weather, direct sun, and wind. If any of these items are not available, we can bring them for a fee.

Our order management assistants are professionally trained to be excellent communicators. From the initial placing of each order to the delivery of each piece to the correct guest, our assistants are there to make the ordering process as smooth as possible. This also allows our artists to concentrate on painting, which maximizes productivity and leads to happy guests.
